Registration

The registration fee is refundable (less €70,- administrative fee and approx. 5% payment fee) before May 15th 2025. The conference incurs significant non-refundable expenses before the conference and therefore no refunds will be made after May 15th 2025. However, if a registrant is unable to attend, their registration can be transferred to a substitute attendee at no expense. Also please note that given recent world events (pandemics, volcanoes, tsunamis, earthquakes, etc.), no refunds will be given if any problems that are not under the organizers’ control prevent you from attending. We strongly advise you to purchase trip cancellation insurance that covers all of your concerns if you have any. Also, if you are delayed, please contact airlines, shuttle services and hotels directly in accordance with their cancellation policies.
