1) Paper Poster
Poster Format
- Posters no larger than 116 cm (width) x 146 cm (height)
- Pins to attach your poster to the board will be provided
Timing
- There are two scheduled time slots for the poster presentations, but you will only be asked to be present at your poster during one specific session. Find the day of presenting in the attached pdf file or on the MindXR website here.
- Hang your poster on your allocated poster board between 12:00 – 14:00 on Wednesday, 25 June.
- Posters will be on the boards from Wednesday to Friday.
- Please make sure to take down your poster by Friday, 27 June, no later than 16:00.
2) Digital Poster

- The screens will remain available for display from Wednesday to Friday.
Technical Setup
- Please upload your digital poster no later than Sunday, June 22 via the following link: https://form.jotform.com/250932557932362
- Supported file formats: PDF, jpeg, png
- Maximum File size: 10 MB
- The screens use a 16:9 aspect ratio.

If you plan to present a live demo or video, you will need to bring your own laptop and connect it to your assigned screen via HDMI between 12:00 – 14:00 on Wednesday, June 25.
Please note that your laptop should remain connected to the screen for the duration of the event (Wednesday to Friday).
